Located near downtown and suffused with the feeling of privacy and security, our location is a short stroll to Anchorage restaurants and venues, and an easy drive to adventurous Alaska.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! It is a masterpiece, one of the best we have ever stayed in and worth every penny. Immaculately clean, pristine, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with just about everything you will need. High end appliances (a super automatic coffee machine), intelligent toilets, an amazing chef's kitchen, and spectacular bedrooms and bathrooms with the most comfortable beds. And then there is the view! Right on the bay, in summer you can sit outside and watch the sun set for 3 hours over the horizon and fill the sky with an incredible vista of shapes and colors. And once in a while the Alaska railroad train comes by and you get waves and a honk from the engineer! It was really surreal and was the highlight of our trip to Alaska. It was a dream of a place, and the kind and generous attention from Janine made it feel so special.

This property was excellent. The appointments and amenities were top notch, and it was clear that a lot of hard work and pride went into this unit and its management. We will definitely be looking to use this spot again the next time we need a place in Anchorage for several days.

This will be our new go to spot when we need to go to Anchorage. A perfect space for us. Easy parking, easy checkin, clean, cozy, and great location! We love to run and ski and walk our pup so being right near the park was ideal. It was quiet and safe. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot.
